It seems to me that people routinely get booted with Chuppo Video. Sometimes it takes a user several times to get his/her webcam to work correctly and they go in and out of chat  and each of those times are counted against us.

I do not notice the booting issue when only Text chuppo is used. So it is concerning that only when Chuppo Video is used (and it is counted as a session) that these issues occur.

1000 free connections is not alot when  one person is constantly booted or re-logging into Video chat due to webcam issues or lagging.

Terri,

People are never get booted from chuPPo chat. I believe we discussed this before. Your problem may be because of unstable Internet connection. We restart chuPPo server once a week at average after uploading new changes.

Anyone has this problem?

You clearly do not understand what I am saying. People have to re-boot and log back into chat to make chuppo chat video work properly. I personally on more than one occassion have docked videos and see a frozen video of someone else. The only way I can fix this is to reboot my chat and relog in WHICH YOU COUNT AGAINST the 1000 user log in. You count people who don't use video towards the 1000 user log in.

When the site LAGS, you have to reboot chat and RELOG IN which you COUNT AGAINST us towards the 1000 user log in.

Why don't you up the log in?

I know EXACTLY how you feel!  It's not that these issues aren't important to SkaDate I'm sure... it's just the seem to fall through their cracks.  Sadly it creates a very SERIOUS level of DIS-satisfaction in US their PAYING customers.   Maybe someday it will be a full fledged BUG REPORTING system and those of us who take the TIME (which is also money) to report this items will get a FAST and EFFICIENT response.

Till then... the time we take to try to help SKADATE make their products better are at best HIT and MISS.
