Whilst i like this feature there does not seem to be anywhere of turning it off .... why would i want to turn it off - it sits in prime position on every page and mess's up all my advertising ... if this 'widget' could sit underneath the advertising space I would ensure i setup short depth adverts on the side panel ... HELP PLEASE !!! thank you ... Paul

So this is not a bug, just a matter of placing UserOn in the right place in your sidebar. Basically you can't turn off UserOn - it will prevent users from using IM.

Well a bug in as much as I could find how to turn off UserOn - but now you have said you have to have it there .. perhaps that could be made a little more clear either on the Chuppo site and or the documentation/boards ..

Can the position be moved so it does not conflict with the excellent advertising positions ?

Thank you

Sure, you can move UserOn wherever you want, it doesn't affect anything. We're currently set up online doc system so you will have much more info about chuPPo very soon. Thanks.

Its position is in the template. Drop a note to support so they do it for you.

I think this would be great to have a turn on turn off button or tab on the site when its on its a popup and when its off its off. I agree with the ad space its more important. I am working on this myself i have got my chat room to run as a popup and it gets alot more use.

Let us know if chuPPo UserOn in a popup window works well for you.
