I have reported to customer service problems with video chat that include lagging and freezing videos etc. I have provided them with transcripts from our members about having to log out of chat and back into chat due to the lag and videos. SKADATE's response was not to help and said we are making it up (even with the transcripts and shotscreens) and they REFUSE to address it. I pay them monthly and they REFUSE to address it.

Any ideas?
