I tried to explained to customer service that Chuppo video chat lags and our members have to relog into chat several times to stop the lagging or get their video cams to work. And of course each logging on is counted against us in the chuppo member log in graph.

When I reported this, customer service wanted me to make a "screen shot" How does one make a screenshot of a site lagging or people logging in over and over again.

I asked Customer service, and all they can tell me is  make a screen shot!!!!! URG.

Last nite had about 10-11 people in video chat and when you dock the video you only get the video of someone else and it was frozen. We all had to re-log in over and over. And again this counts against us as a new log in towards are sessions.

User plan provides unlimited free video chat with ads, why doesn't Chuppo do this, or fix their software or come down in price.
