Does everyone have this problem? mine only seems to show about 1 in 10 times?

ok when you join it says     Profilename Joined Chat  and when you drop its suppost to say Profile name  Let the chatroom    this happens about 1 in 10 times

Also i have noticed  i have 7 people in the chat room and 2 that show on the instant messanger so thats 5 people that dont show on im that are online

We should probably investigate it on your site. Refer to support so our tech guys can look into the problem.
