I would like to send my matches once a month to all my users but i don't know how to configurate it.
Can someone give me a hand.

Under Activity Scheduler---> Settings
I see this screen


How in the world would i do this. The * what do they mean?

Also does this mean i have to enter another cron job for the monthy matches?

why don't you just put a 0 in the day of the month. the * indicates that it will perform your task monthly.

Hey car and david!

Set day of month as 1. Leave Minute and Hour blank.
This configuration means that your Activity Scheduler Cron will run every first day at 00:00 of every month.

What  about the "Month"  ?

so far i have

Minute : Blank
Hour: Blank
Day of the month: 1
Month :               <--------------I have    *     right now. Is that correct? or leave this blank as well

Yes, this is correct. * means to run cron every month
