It would be good to let members have the ability to put "private notes" on other members profiles to help them keep track of conversations, pet's names, anniversaries, etc...
I should be for any member who wants to keep notes on another member. It could be restricted to just "FRIENDS" but I think it would be more useful if it was for any member that you want to keep notes on..

I would agree with this suggestion if these notes are Organized on member profile page. Something similar to a Mini-NewsFeed on Facebook or even the one similar to Skadate Newsfeed in Admin area. Also members should be able to Manage Notes( edit, delete).

Again this seems a very sensible and obvious thing to have as part of the standard functionality on SKADATE - I for one would welcome the addition of this function in the next release ... Thanks Paul  |

Reasonable suggestion. Do you think it's ok to set up an additional page for the comments and thumbnails to keep track of those you commented?

Hmmmm... well the MOST critical issue is to reduce the amount of effort from the USERS perspective. When a member is looking at the profile of the person it would the LEAST amount of effort to already have it there, or a simple click and pop up like you do the REPLY in MAIL, or even roll-over. The idea of course being that they want to get the NOTES on this member instantly. It's handy when chatting and having to be taken to another page and sorting throught all the other notes to find the one that you want would be a bit cumbersome.
A whole page for a member to Administer his/her notes would be GREAT. THat way you could read ALL the notes on ALL your friends (or other members you have notes on) from ONE location.
But the very BEST would be to see your notes on a member located on THAT person's profile... click-to-popup/rolloever?

Harley, I surely meant that specific profile notes would also be there right on the profile view page.
So:
- Notes about a member on their profile page;
- Summary page with all notes about all members.

I agree, it's a great idea but i have a question, Would members be able to Manage(edit, delete) these notes/comments?
Members should be able to edit, delete offensive notes/comments..

Since this would be a private note, you'd want other members to be able to read these notes. These would be PRIVATE NOTES to help members keep a "crib sheet" on other members. So this "Feature Suggestion" would allow only the member who's writing private notes to be able to read/edit these notes. I now I'd NEVER want the other members to see the PRIVATE NOTES I'd keep on some of them! LOL
