Proposed "Admin Profile Search" function

What I notice, now that I've got more and more profiles, is that sometimes I want to see a list of profiles which fit a certain set of criteria not covered by the standard collections (Membership, Sex, Status, etc.). I would like to propose an Admin "Profile Search" function. What this would do would be allow me to (within admin) search for profiles which match any mix of criteria (such as "Male, Gold Membership, Not Featured"), and then get a list of matching profiles in the same format as the current lists.

Agree, by extention i would like to see a feature that shows all Photos uploaded by Members so i can review and delete. I know you can currently review new photos uploaded BUT what about having a list of TOTAL photos upload in Admin area. Some admins mistaken approve a photo but there is no way to get back to that photo

In which cases you need to search profiles by other criterias ? And what this must be criterias?

I would like to be able to search by all the general criteria:

sex
membership type
status
email verifiied
photo types (acive/approved/suspended)
photo
have multimedia
featured

There are many "obscure" examples which having a good search which gives a list of profiles would make life easier. For example, currently I have 7 pages of featured members (http://romeobox.com/member/featured_list.php), which I have tried to keep even by adding 6 female and 6 male at each stage. But currently I'm 2 members short on my last page, but should I add two men or two women? The only way seems to be able to count up what is on all 7 pages!! If I had a good search function, I could search for "male, featured" and I would get a list with a total, and then I could do the same for "female, featured" and I would get a list with a total, and bingo.

(I would also like to: be able to sort asc/desc the columns, and add/remove the columns which appear in the table, but I think these issues are covered elsewhere)

Actually, I've just noticed that the code behind actually does simply build the required search up using all of the possible parameters (e.g. if you manually edit the URL such as /profile_list.php?sex=1&featured=y you see a list of females who are featured), so what I want is 90% there; what is lacking is simply the admin-friendly interface to be able to specify a mixed collection of search items.

For the featured members in the admin panel you should also make it so that when search by criteria you can select all those members and add their status as featured from the search results page. For example, on the bottom of most profile pages such as a search by Sex, Have Photo there is only a option to [Delete, Send Verification Email, Give Membership, Send Message, Set Status], so you should add [Make Featured] to each search results section.
For those admins who want to add a huge list of members to their featured section, it's very time consuming to have to go to each profile and add them to the featured list one by one.

I would also like to see a search criteria by 'new' members.
