There are message boxes which pop-up when you change "Status" or "Reviewed" in admin.  These are redundant, since it is clear when you have changed the drop-downs that you have done so, because you can see the new state.  Worse than redundant, they are extremely annoying when you have many profiles to review.  When I do (say) 50 profiles and have to change the "Status" and "Reviewed" settings for each one, I have to click 100 times.  It's so tiring!!

Please remove these unnecessary messages!!
