I think that what should be the most important page on a "paying" website is the payment options page. To me...in my opinion in SkaDate the payment option page is very "uninviting" and a little too generic/basic looking with the drop down buttons. I think html or radio type ones with the actual Visa, MC etc logos would look much nicer. Nice fonts and bold for the prices...etc. To get people to give you their money they have to be enticed EVEN UP TO the payment options page. I find that if the payment options/join page looks cheap and basic they aren't as trusting in giving you their credit card numbers.
Other than that I am quite happy with SkaDate and their support team!
