I've had the problem of Member A tagging Member B with the inappropriate/non relevant tags.  Now member B has no control over the inappropriate tags/non relevant tag.   My suggestion is this, a member should have complete control over all tags left on his/her profile.

Great idea.   I have actually turned off the tags because the functionality wasnt making sense to me.    I think you can change the settings in your admin so member a only can control member a's tags.    I think any time you allow member b to post tags on member a's page you are setting up for someone to be unhappy.
