I'd like to be able to open up the member page from within admin.

e.g. from the admin end:
/admin/profile.php?profile_id=769

I'd like to be able to go directly to the profile at the user end:
/member/profile_annyluv.html

Unless it's already possible, and I've missed it (quite possible), but if not can you please add it?
