No, the change list for 802 cannot be the same, since it is the only the differences between 799 and 802.  What are these differences?

They are:
1) Layout DW: box with system messages redesign
2) Blog's page template in all layouts: CSS hack for containers with HTML floating

There.  That wasn't so difficult was it? 

I shouldn't though have to fight to get this information out of you on the forums; it should be a standard piece of information in a standard place. 

For any version or build, if I want to be able to find out:
  • when it was released
  • what it contains different from the previous release
there should be a standard place/file/posting place I go to find out such things.

You are right. We will add in every next revision text file with the list of changes from previous revision and release date.
