Skadate confusing mailbox function is causing Inactivity for my site.... members dont know how to check their emails properly. For example, Member A click on New Messages then are taken to a list of new messages from members.... Then Member A have to click New to read messages( CONFUSING).

One way to significantly improve Mailbox Function is to use the "Text in Subject field as the link to read messages" instead of Member A clicking "New" again to read message. So this is how it should work, Member A clicks New Messages then they are taken to the list of new messages from members. Then Member A would click the Highlighted and Flashing Subject field text to read messages. So if Member B sent Member A an email with text "Hello" in the Subject field then "Hello" would be highlighted and flashing for Member A to read message.

Please it's very important to make the Text in the Subject field "Highlighted and Flashing" so that members would know that message is Not Read Yet and would click it to read it. Of course you would still have the Reply link at the bottom.
