Admin should be able to Backup Site database from Admin Area with one click. The script should automatically switch to Admin's site database and Save a Backup File at Admin's FTP.

I don't think that this is a good idea. The backup process requires a lot of system resources.
The best way to perform the backup is to ask your hosting provider to do it. They'll do it with the help of OS and will include files and DB backups. This is the fastest and the most secure way.

For Skadate hosted solutions backup makes once a week. Backup includes files and DB backup.

Does "Hosted Solutions" means ALL admins who host with Skadate? Cause i have a Manage Solution but i host with Skadate....
