Admin should be able to Edit ALL emails automatically send by System/Software....

Admin should be able to Edit the Subject Field, The Body Field and so on of Email

Emails like Congratulations upon registration, Delete Profiles email and so on

This is already present. Check it in Admin Panel->Languages->prefix: mail_template
