Forum Moderators should be notified of New Forum Post and Replies.... New post and replies should have a Pending for Approval area . I have Members posting their email address and contact phone number in Post and Replies. Some admin run a pay dating site, however they make Forum Function available to all members to encourage site activity. So all Forum Post and Replies need to be managed properly by Admins.
