A very useful suggestion would be a Guest List for Admin's Events posted on site where exiting members can join and choose the number of friends/guest they wish to invite to event. For example,
Admin has its event posted and there is a button that says Join Guest List, then there will be a small Form for member to enter:

1. Full Name:
2. Valid email address:
3. Phone number:
4. Guests( drop down list) example from 1 to 10

Admin would be able to see this information for each Admin's event in the Admin Area!
Note too that this Guest List idea is a very good idea to promote website, for example: most event promoters have a guest list for patrons, so Admin can have guest list for these promoters event and promoter would send traffic to site to join guest list.

**Members can save money off events if they join Guest List before event date.
