Admins should be able to remove the Underline from the Links under Inventory line and Bottom Menu navigation and also make the Font bigger so it can be more visible to members.... so

1. Remove Underline from Links under Inventory  line and Bottom Menu Navigation
2. Increase Text Font size to make text more visible to members.

Answer: This request seems to be individual. You have the access to the source code and you can change it in the CSS.

"2. Increase Text Font size to make text more visible to members."

Answer: You and other administrators can easily do it from the admin area/Languages - use HTML tags to increase the font.
