Photo Album Privacy and Restriction

I know that v7 is targeted to have photo album capabilities but you should also allow the owner of the albums to flag any one of them as with two options:
1) Private to friends = viewable to anyone accepted as friends (would be a check box)
2) Restricted = viewable only by users who belong to a particular membership type (would be a drop down selection on the photo album setting) This allows photos to be restricted by certain membership types which can be administered. (i.e membership type of Lesbian could have an album restricted to only Lesbian member types)

Not sure if i agree with this suggestion, sounds a little complicated. Photo Albums should be straight-forward and simple. I think what skadate is trying to do now is to make the software more user-friendly!!
(1) Have members organised photos in Albums for public viewing, members can Manage Albums( Create, Edit, Delete)
(2) Allow public to comment on Photo/Albums(this should be the default option), if you allow friends- only option then we will have the same problem we have now with "Profile Comment"
Note: I am not totally against restricted Photo Albums BUT this should not be the default option or else it will become confusing and Photo Album won't be an Active feature on the site!!
I am not sure what is meant by " Membership Type" here!

Hi guys!
We don't plan to make photo albums so difficult at this time. So, if there will be any other demands about it, let's discuss it.

Totally dis-agree photo albums should carry the same level of privacy choices as normal profile pics. Privacy is KING ! Paul
