With Admins having a large database of photos, a necessary feature for members would be:

>Photo Comments
>Photo Tagging
> Search for photos by: Keywords from Comments
                                 Tags and keywords from Tags

Agreed. Nice suggestion. Also, the good idea is to implement such improvement for video section, but later. In any way, let's move this to Skadate7
