1. For the Psudeo login feature you should make it so that when the admin is logged to the users account it will not display the user as 'online', and the member activity of last day logged in should not change. Otherwise if the user checks their account as a guest they could think that someone hacked their password if their account shows that they were logged in on a day they weren't. 

2. For the mass internal emails for the admin, perhaps make an 'option' that the message cannot be replied to. Sometimes you just want to relay information with no responses necessary.
