I would like to suggest that "Top Rated Profiles" work in the same way as "Top Rated Photos", i.e.:
  • the ratings appear BELOW the photo in both cases
  • there is a rank number on the profile (1, 2, 3, ...)

These may seem like small things, but good usability is based upon many small things working in a user-friendly way.
