Admins should be allowed to Upload Video(YouTube or Regular) from the Admin Area, this is particular useful for new site and even older site so Admin can add useful video to site to get entertainment going. As well, members will see the type of videos that are accepted to site. So allowing Admins to upload video(YouTube or Regular) is a great feature and simple to implement to Skadate 7. Even though admin can create a profile to upload video, this is NOT useful because there would be a Members Upload Video LIMIT so having Admin upload videos and setting the Limit for Admin video uploads is a useful feature. For example, Admin may upload ten(10) videos But members are allowed to upload two(2)

Well that's ok, but not necessarily 10 videos but Admin can set their video upload Limit. In other words, Admins have a different video upload limit than members.
