I think it would be a good idea if you (SkaDate) could set up a test version of the site with the new May version code so that we could take a look.
What would be a pity if the "finished" version is released, then as soon as we install it we notice problems and then have to wait another month for the problems to be fixed, need to do a reinstall or install fixes etc. etc.
If we had a test version available we could look at the whole list of changes which you say will be in there and see if they actually are correct.
I'm suggesting that you set up a single beta version online which you give out an admin userid/password to so that we can have a look and make comments.

Disagree, this is a good suggestion But there is NOT much time for a Test Version. This suggestion should have posted a long time ago. I already send Mass Emails to my members telling them that New Features will be coming out at the end on May and i am sure some Admins sent out Announcements to their members already This will take time for: > Admin registration > Admin viewing Unless Skadate can do a fast one before the end of May release! This is a good idea! And it will not take much time to release a Beta version of upcoming update. We'll release the Beta Version in a week. Link to it will be listed in this post.

LOL... maybe it should be called "We-wanted-it-to-be-released-in-May-but-since-it-is-still-being Beta-tested-and-it's-now-JUNE-we-hope-it-will-be-ready-sometime-before-Fall-2008" I know it takes a tremendous amount of effort on Skadate's part but... if I say it's going to be ready by a certain time I look unprofessional if I can't get it delivered by then.

Yes, sure. Sorry for delay. Between time and stability we choose stability. Just give us some days to finish reported issues and we will release stable version for you. Thanks

Nobody would disagree that we expect a stable version of your software some on or at least NEAR the month you announced it would be ready.
I know we're ALL looking forward to you replying to all our BETA testing and hope that you will ALLOW us to view the adjustments you've made from our comments PRIOR to releasing your new X.XXX.X version.

Ok Harley,
It is not necessary to view any adjustment before Release..... please Stop the unnecessary delay of Skadate Revision. I don't understand. At one point you want Skadate to release New Revision on time and now you are asking to view adjustments before Release. NO VIEW OF ANY ADJUSTMENTS, JUST RELEASE THE NEW SKADATE REVISION NOW!!!!

LOL Easton, you give me WAY too much credit my friend. Skadate will release it when they are ready. Not any sooner and not any later. TRUST ME! If I had " my way" it would have been released ON TIME and 100% bug free. I share your frustration Easton my friend, but directing it at those of us who are being dragged along with you only helps to emphasizes how frustrated we all are at the lack of customer service we have come to expect from this company.
