It seems like a good idea to have Skadate post on their website, the type of Browse Skadate software supports. I check my site from a Public Library recently and everything was showing mess up, i can't even have Private Chat working, my navigation bar was showing at the bottom and so on, even when i Refresh Browser it's showing that. I imagine what some of my members are going through....

I TOTALLY AGREE!  Here's my same question from a previous post...

Can someone from Skadate tell us where to view the SUPPORTED BROWSWER for Skadate?  I need to be able to reference that in my reply to the email that I was sent saying you don't support IE6.

I think there should be a full technical client brief
browser type and version
java version
flash version
any advance internet setting (activex and the like)
cookie / security levels
3rd party nasties like norton which so dislikes chuppo web chat

pretty basic stuff really but all fairly thin on the ground .....

user documentation - did i hear some say user documentation .... no i didnt think so

I have a real problem with there not being a help guide de facto from skadate or at the very least the ability to build online help as admins on hover overs etc but the very very least should be an outline guide document detailing broad user functionality which admins could mod to reflect there own site..

Currently, we redevelop our admin panel manual. It will be redesigned in wiki format.
It's a good idea to insert such "client requirements" to this new manual.
Ok, we will do it.
