I must say that personally, overall I'm extremely happy with SkaDate support:
- they fix bugs I raise very quickly (normally within a day or two)
- they are taking almost all the things we suggest here and promising to implement them
I think that's really great. I'm very happy with the responsiveness.

I must say that most of the time, they fix my problems within a few days when I create a ticket. However, I have called the 24x7 support phone at many different times and never get anyone. Only once, did it allow me to leave a message. The online chat has never worked for me. No one ever there. I have complained about this many times and have gotten no where. My site went down unexpectedly and I called, created a ticket, IM'd them and got nowhere. This is not good.
