Seems like i am now feeling the pain of this ongoing Customer Service Issue..... I paid to have the New Revision Updates install to my site and i got an email saying that installation is Completed/Finished. I checked my site especially the Admin-area and compared with Skadate DEMO and more than half the New Features are NOT added to my site. I sent an email two(2) days ago and NO RESPONSE!! Unbelievable.... For a customer like me who have made valuable contribution to the New Revision. What's up with customer service?

I sure wish this wasn't an on going issue Easton.  I know exactly what you mean.  I feel exactly the same way!

While I have had some luck with contacting them to resolve issues... I don't feel I get the appropriate level of detail that GOOD customer service dictates either.  Prior to this Board opening up I felt even MORE frustrated since I didn't have a voice to express my disappointment.

I'm not really sure what we can do other than post on here and email and complain.

THE GOOD news is that given time... Emil and company eventually comes through... (well.. so far anyway.)

After reading what you just said Easton...

We decided to wait to install the new update...It's a little scary to install something on our website without being sure it's all there and working well...

It certainly is NOT normal that after two days, you have no response from them to correct what's missing especially after you paid for the installation !! especially when a website is already in function and that members are waiting for this !!

Hope everything works out well for you Smiley

Hello guys!

Easton, I just browsed the task with your site update. Our tech finished update at 16th. You reported some issues at 17th and today all issues were fixed. By the way, the issues were in old cache, our tech just cleared it. What 2 days are you speaking about?

Thanks.

I must say that personally, overall I'm extremely happy with SkaDate support:
  • they fix bugs I raise very quickly (normally within a day or two)
  • they are taking almost all the things we suggest here and promising to implement them

I think that's really great.  I'm very happy with the responsiveness.

Well done SkaDate - you rock!   Grin

I must say that most of the time, they fix my problems within a few days when I create a ticket. However, I have called the 24x7 support phone at many different times and never get anyone. Only once, did it allow me to leave a message. The online chat has never worked for me. No one ever there. I have complained about this many times and have gotten no where. My site went down unexpectedly and I called, created a ticket, IM'd them and got nowhere. This is not good.
