Don't bother to ask customer service anything. They will tell you there is nothing wrong and it will always be your own fault. I am so tired of the same response.

As I know, our support team asks to all your tickets and tasks in time.
In any way, "Ideas Exchange" is not the right place to discuss it here.

I do submit a ticket but all I get is there is no problem from your customer service!!!
