In order for Admins to be able to plan for future Transition from a shared hosting to a Deducated server offered by Skadate.... Skadate should post on their website, www.skadate.com, the different Deducated Server offered and their Prices. This will disallow Sales personnel from trying to Overpriced because they "Feel" you can pay for it. We all know the tricks, sales personnel top into your server logs, review Stats. Oh, he is getting alot of Traffic, must be making money.......... NOT SO.

these also need to be qulified ... by that I mean max members in site at any one time ... we suffer from poor response around 9.30pm onwards (UK time) but this could load from other sites as we are on a shared platform ...

There are NO SLA's regarding response I would like to see some so that we know what what should expect I would also like to see some sever stats ...

These are minimum things you should expect from a managed servce ...

Believe me, nobody from our sales personal can overprice you with a dedicated server.
We don't publish this info on our site because the prices for dedicated servers change from time to time. And the very little percent of our customers are seriously interested in this service. If you really need this service, please, contact our support guys and they'll provide you with the detailed info.
