This has been puzzling me for a while. On the main screen. Where it says

           Photos                    Profiles
Latest             Top         Latest  Top  Online  Featured


Well for  Photos--->Top

Mine is always blank     The rest all have users

Why is this happening. People have voted on photos

Hey car

User photo need to have more than X rates to be displayed on Top Photos page. Minimal number of rates is configurable. Look here:
Admin Panel-> Globals configs->Additional Settings->Minimum rates number for display in Top Photos

I have done what you told me to. I lowered it for 1 vote. Its working in the members tab but still not working under the main index page

I had exactly the same problem of photos not appearing in "Top Photos" because the "Minimum rates number for display in Top Photos" is set by default to 5.

Skalfa, an easy change: I suggest that you set the default for this value to 1, since otherwise ALL new sites will have this problem!  When we're new here as admin we want everything to work easily to start with!  By the time we have figured how to configure things, we can increase it, to, say 5 later on.
