I've tried for 3 days to contact a sales rep with no luck.  The phone just rings and then goes dead..the 'Live' chat on the website is useless.  Does anyone know how I can reach an actual employee of Skalfa??

Of course I'm sure.  Just tried the phone # again and it rang 16 times before I hung-up.

(770) 783-0723 is my # if a sales rep would like to call...

I just tried the online chat and it says, "Online Support is currently not available. Please leave a message...."

I've heard a lot of complaints about the phone/live contact.

If you're OK with e-mail, that seems to work very well!

I know it might seem poor service, but for me, I think the level of e-mail service is very good, and for the price I pay I don't expect Rolls Royce service.

We had some troubles with our ISP last week. May be that was the reason.
In any way, our sales team tries to accept all incoming calls and chats 24/7.

Adden, I have said the same thing to you many times. No one ever answers the phone. You always say, tell me the time and when it happened. It doesn't matter what the time or day is, no one answers the phones. Now granted, I haven't had to call in a few months, but unless you have changed your practice, I have never been able to get a hold of any one. And when I did finally get voice mail, no one returned my call. I love your software, your support has been fantastic as far as emails and tickets, but your phone support is lacking.

Ryan I checked our phone records and found that you called just once. And we did not answer the phone because we had power supply problems. You should call us once again and we’ll answer all your questions.
