I believe she is talking about at the bottom of every screen way over to the right, there is a "link" hyperlink to sites that you put links to. Do you know a little about programming? If so, you could put it up there. Also, you could take for instance one of the top links like blogs, rename it to links and put the links code there. I have changed some of the field names on my site along with code and it works fine. A good example, I didn't care about the Video tag, so I changed it to what I wanted to call it, changed the code inside of it and it works great. If you don't know how to do this, tech support could do it for you for a price.
