Site email does not work and do not know how long it hasn't. The mail is coming back saying unable to deliver --- mail box full. Haven't received any email in 10 days.
Everyone should test their site email. If you send email from the site it never arrives (I tested this) or if you send email from your own email isp, the email to the site comes back. Maybe it is only to my site, but you all should check.
There are numerous software issues I have dealt with in the past year, from people not being able to sign up, and now this. Everytime I report a problem to skadate, they normally tell me there is no problem. I have to argue and argue to get them to believe me and finally they get it. I have had problems with signing in, search, video upload (which they still contend is not a problem), chuppo, and it goes on and on.
Not sure where to start. Have you set up everything properly in CPanel. If not, you must start there. Then are you talking about sending messages for the admin portion of the site or within a members area? Also, what are you using for your email (ISP - Outlook, Motzilla, etc.). I need to know these questions before I can help you. I had a lot of problems with email and never could get the same tech support person to give me the correct setups. I finally figured it out myself. Hopefully I can help you once you answer my questions. None of the email problems I had before were a software glitch in the SKADate software. It was a matter of how it was setup.
