I have specified in "Admin->Photo->Watermark" that I want a text watermark for photos.  However, it seems that it only appears on people's second or subsequent photo, and not the first photo that anybody has.

Does anybody else have this problem?  Am I doing something wrong?

Thumbnail pictures are too small to add any watermarks on them. Am I wrong?

I am not talking about the thumbnail pictures.  In the attached screenshot, you will see that the users 1st photo does not have a watermark but the second one does.
