Wow…this is a very discouraging post. But not going to stop me from making my site huge…I just hope your software will keep up.

James,
I understand that this is a discouraging post for people without a plan, but not so for those who have it. Since it’s not discouraging for you – you are a good fit for online dating business.
It is honest to say that we are interested in successful customers. Make your site huge and our software will support it.

I am concerned. I’ve done nothing but QA your software for 3 months. It was riddled with bugs. Now that I am live with actual customers there are still more bugs I’m finding.
Your staff is very helpful in getting the issues resolved, I do appreciate them very much. But it is very frustrating when I must wait for a tech to come on duty to fix the problems. This is due to the fact they are in Russia and I am in the US.
Having a user come to the site to find bugs and technical problems does not help in my effort to promote the site. And having them wait to get a resolution is not good either.
I know that issues will arise on occasion, I would be eternally grateful if you could have techs available in US time zones for issues that arise and need immediate attention. Especially for customers in a start up period.
Thanks,
James

James,
You were hit by the maturing period, since it was when SkaDate 7 got just released. It always takes some time to sort out minor glitches and shortcomings. And yes, we do everything to help every customer out. One correction, our support is not in Russia but in Kyrgyzstan (Central Asia).
You may want to co-operate with some of the certified SkaDate developers at SkaDateCS.com – they are from different locations. Don’t know who of them are from the USA though.
Thanks,
Emil
