2. Scroll down a little bit to the ‘Best Dating Software Provider‘ nomination, and click on a radio button against SkaDate.com
3. Now scroll to the bottom of the page, and fill-in the blank fields with your name, company name and e-mail. To confirm you are not a robot type the letters and numbers you see on the captcha (secure image), and don’t forget to tick off the “Terms and Conditions” checkbox
4. Click the ‘Submit’ button
