Unfortunately Skalfa LLC permanently discontinued all ticket support for older SkaDate versions (SkaDate Master II and prior), starting September 1, 2015.

You can still run older SkaDate versions, access purchased software source code (contact support team), as well as all documentation and helpful forum topics, but the support team will no longer process new tickets regarding SkaDate Master II and all prior versions after September 1, 2015.

Note that at any given time you can still chose to move to SkaDate X, where you will continue to receive support services in accordance with prior agreements.
